以“无法坦诚”为题，围绕因为Twitter而结识的五位年轻人的故事。Twitter名为Haru（上野树里 饰）的水野月子是高中的临时老师，因为聚会认识了自由摄影师Nakaji（瑛太 饰）、在出版公司工作的Linda（玉山铁二 饰）、医药公司做销售的在日韩国人Doctor（金在中 饰）以及Haru的好友Peach（关惠美 饰）。五人十分投缘，经常聚会。Haru在没见面之前就对Nakaji抱有好感，因为意外得知了现实中的Nakaji已有女友；Nakaji则一心渴望成为战地记者，虽然已有女友，但对Haru也颇在意；Linda看似是五人中最风光的一位，实则被自己的女上司一直性骚扰和施加压力，自身也有难以言说的疾苦；Doctor则因为身在异乡找不到归属感工作也不顺，且对Haru一见钟情；Peach内心脆弱有自杀倾缺乏安全感。 在聚会上总是欢笑的五人，现实生活中则都有诸多不顺之处，且无法向外人表述，难以坦诚以待。无法坦诚以对的爱，无法坦诚以对的身体，还有无法坦诚以对的自己，让五人受伤累累。最终，他们能否跨过围墙，变得坦率呢？。A devastating pandemic sweeps through New York City on Black Friday, and one by one, basic services fail.
