远藤宪一、大杉涟、田口智朗、松重丰和光石研五人原本要到拍摄东京台晨间剧的外景地，因为搞错地点而阴错阳差漂流到南部某个无人岛，大叔们开始了荒野求生的生活。。远离城市喧嚣的一处住宅里，成年女子安娜·卢克（贝丝·涅斯格拉夫 Beth Riesgraf 饰）和哥哥科纳德（Timothy T.
